Scottish Cup: Hibs final tickets in demand
Hibs have been given an allocation of just over 20,000 for the Hampden final on Sunday, 26 May – the same as opponents Celtic.
Season-book members are being given the first chance to purchase tickets, and when Easter Road staff opened for business at 10am yesterday they were met with the sight of large queues forming.

A statement on Hibs’ website said: “Due to the phenomenal amount of season-ticket members who came down to Easter Road on the opening day of the priority window the queue was stopped at 2pm, in order to ensure all supporters in the queue would be served and handed their cup final ticket today.”
The ticket office will re-open at 10am this morning, although the club reminded supporters that they could purchase cup final tickets online 24 hours a day. Celtic have already announced they will have no general sale and have sent letters to season-ticket holders who have been allocated a ticket, with an 8 May deadline.
