Hide AdLogan launched his campaign with a 21-15 win over Ivan Houghton of Falkirk, romping into a 12-0 lead by concentrating on his favoured length of a short jack.
The second round saw Logan taking a 19-5 lead over Richard Thomson of Forfar then going from 19-10 to 21-10 with an exciting double.
Logan was pitched against Scott Runcie of Aberdeen in the quarter-final and a lightning performance saw him storm into a 19-1 lead before clinching his place in the last four with a 21-7 victory.
Meanwhile, Mark Yuill carried the Midlothian banner as far as the second round having launched his campaign with a 21-10 win over Craig Kirkwood of Balbardie (Bathgate) in the prelim round.
Yuill then impressed by capturing the scalp of notable East Fife challenger Chris Stein, defeating the Junior Cap 21-17 to set up a clash with Raymond Clark of Fraserburgh which he lost 21-6.

Josh Spalding carried the hopes of Portobello but the 2011 outdoor junior singles finalist failed to shine and made a 21-6 exit to title holder Martin McCalley of Falkirk.
More pain for the Edinburgh and Lothian challenge came with the 21-14 first-round exit of East Lothian’s Keiran Simants at the hands of Scott Runcie, the Aberdeen challenger.
