Portsmouth jogger proposes to girlfriend using app
Ben Chudley spent an hour pounding the streets of Portsmouth, Hampshire, to spell out the proposal “Will You Marry Me” using a GPS app on his phone.
The 28-year-old uploaded the images to his Facebook page called Urban Pictionary, tagging his girlfriend, Olivia Abdul, 20, before quickly changing into a suit to go down on one knee to get her answer.

Hide AdHis proposal was a success and the care services manager presented his fiancee with a nine-carat gold and diamond engagement ring.

He wrote on Facebook: “Ok so I think my proposal may have went down rather well.
“The biggest thank you goes to my lovely new fiancee Olivia Abdul for saying yes and making me this happy x”
The proposal has started to go viral on social networks, gaining media attention from around the world.
Mr Chudley said: “It’s been pretty surreal!”
Miss Abdul, who works at a fashion store, said on Facebook: “Oh my days my engagement has only made it to the national news!! My baby done good!! Ben Chudley I love you so much! X”
He said she burst into tears at the proposal and took 45 minutes to calm down.
Mr Chudley has created other images using his Nike+ running app, including a tyrannosaurus rex and a version Spongebob SquarePants.
