Hide AdCunningham, of Fauldhouse, appeared for sentence yesterday. He earlier pleaded guilty to vandalism and assaulting the two police officers in the execution of their duty last October 30. Outside court Cunningham said: "I'm gutted. I didn't mean it."
Glenn Fraser, defending, claimed Cunningham's behaviour was out of character and said he had no previous convictions for violence and was assessed as being at low risk of reoffending.
