Lorry driver in hospital
AN elderly driver has been treated in hospital after his lorry overturned in busy traffic.
Medics, firefighters and police rushed to the scene of the crash on the A706 near Breich, West Lothian, after receiving an emergency call at 10am yesterday.
The 72-year-old male driver was taken to St John’s Hospital in Livingston, where he received treatment for head wounds.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
