Jail for mosque bomb threat man
Fraser Rae, 28, entered Glasgow’s Central Mosque on 23 September and shouted that he had a gun and threatened to shoot those near him, the city’s Sheriff Court was told.
He was also shouting racist and threatening remarks. Following his arrest by police called to the scene, Rae’s backpack was searched and found to contain a “Scream” mask, gloves and scissors.

Hide AdAt court yesterday, he was jailed for two years and four months after earlier admitting the offences, the Crown Office said. Rae, of Johnstone, Renfrewshire, pleaded guilty to two charges of threatening and abusive behaviour, and another of carrying a knife.
