Interview: Gethin Jones, TV presenter
Whom did you last text and what was the message? I texted my friend, as I saw him up ahead and recognised him by his strut and flip-flops.
It’s not cool but... I love Westlife. I turn up the stereo and listen to the a capella version of Flying Without Wings. Any man who says he doesn’t do the same is lying.

What’s the worst job you ever had? When I was at university, I earned money by laying pipes. It was so hard.
Who is your favourite fictional character? It has to be 007. Sean Connery was the best. I’ve got my own Spycam – it’s brilliant.
What are you afraid of? You should never be scared of failing.
Did you have a nickname growing up? What was it and why? My middle name is Cliff, so I’ve been nicknamed Cliffy in the past.
What situations make you lose your temper? When people get angry about little things. They should look at the news and get some perspective.
If you could choose a profession to try, what would that be? Why? Professional golfer. Being able to play all around the world, and getting paid thousands even if you come 46th.
What food or drink is always in your fridge? Cow juice and eggs.

If you could travel back in time, where would you go? Back to the Fifties and an ad agency called Mad Men [sic] so I could wear the suits.

Who or what is the love of your life? My fiancée, and rugby.
