Omega’s test kits get fast track to western markets
The Alva-based firm said Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDS), a partner which makes equipment that runs some of Omega’s test, will act as its exclusive distributor in markets were IDS already has a presence.
The move is expected to provide IDS customers with an increased menu of tests and will allow Omega to reduce its time to market for a raft of more than 40 allergy tests that it plans to launch in the next 12 months.

“Our decision to go direct in the Indian market has been vindicated with a strong performance from the new team.”
