KPMG profit per partner hits £763,000
Revenues across the UK held steady on a like-for-like basis at 1.6 billion with profit before tax up 10 per cent at 428 million.
Although no figures specific to Scotland were released, the accountancy heavyweight said the practice north of the Border had recorded a "better than flat performance".

Across the UK, the firm's advisory services showed strong growth and there are plans to increase headcount by a further 3,000 over the next three years. During the year, 37 partners were appointed.
